Terms of Service

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in classes, workshops, open studio sessions, or any activities ("Activities") hosted by BronzOra Art Studio ("Studio"), I, the undersigned participant (or legal guardian if under 18), agree to the following:

I understand and acknowledge that participation involves risks including use of sharp tools, exposure to high heat, use of mechanical equipment, chemical exposure, and general studio environment hazards. I knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown.

I waive, release, and discharge BronzOra and its affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation, regardless of cause, including negligence.

I agree to indemnify BronzOra against any claims resulting from my participation.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Studio to obtain medical treatment and assume responsibility for expenses.

I grant permission for BronzOra to photograph or film activities for promotional use unless I provide written opt-out.

I will adhere to all studio safety guidelines and policies.

If under 18, a parent or legal guardian's signature is required.

Studio Code of Conduct

• Our goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and inspiring environment for all artists. Please respect the guidelines below.

Studio Safety

• Only trained staff or authorized members may operate kilns.
• Use protective gear at all times.
• Report injuries immediately.
• Use chemicals in designated areas and ventilated spaces.

Respect for Tools & Materials

• Return all tools after use.
• Report damaged tools.
• Label personal items.
• Use studio materials responsibly.

Clean Workspace Policy

• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Use designated bins for scraps and waste.
• Properly store and label work in progress.

Conduct & Courtesy

• Respect fellow artists and staff.
• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Limit phone usage and maintain a respectful atmosphere.

Studio Access & Usage

• Only registered students, members, and staff may access the studio.
• Children under 13 are not allowed.
• Guests must be approved in advance.

Responsibility & Liability

• You are responsible for the safety of your work.
• Firing outcomes are not guaranteed.
• BronzOra is not responsible for loss or damage.

Violations & Disciplinary Action

• Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans without refund.
